CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) – Former Arapahoe County Sheriff Pat Sullivan waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Monday.
The hearing would have allowed him to listen to some of the evidence against him in the methamphetamine for sex case. He’ll now appear in court in April.
CBS4 Investigator Brian Maass has reported that lawyers for Sullivan and prosecutors are discussing possible plea bargain scenarios.
